We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be given in the form of a store credit. All sale items and accessories (headbands, hats, and jewelry) are final sale.
*Please note that shipping is non-refundable and return shipping rates are the customers’ responsibility. You will be given a store credit for the total amount of the product + tax cost only.

Step 2: Fill out the return form that was sent with your package & place with the item you are returning.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

What is accepted:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means no deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or any perfumes. The original receipt must also be included in your package. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
